Signature Publishing encourages and supports charity fundraising, and has donated to and worked with a number of charity organisations.

Included in this are the RNLI and MagAid. For the RNLI Signature funded the purchase of an inshore rescue boat, named Signature Publishing. This is based at Bantham Beach in Devon, and the boat has been engaged in many rescues, including lifesaving ones.

MagAid was conceived and formed by Signature Publishing’s former Chief Executive, Clive Foskett, as a charity to encourage and improve standards of literacy in the UK through children’s magazines. Subsequently adopted by the PPA (Professional Publishers Association), funding raised through MagAid was channelled into the National Literacy Trust’s Young Readers Programme, which is designed to promote reading among children from areas of disadvantage.
